SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Shipping Timelines

Shipping estimates begin after processing, not from the order date.
• Lagos: 1–2 business days
• Within Nigeria: 3–5 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Lost Packages

If a parcel is lost in transit and cannot be traced, we will arrange a replacement at no cost. Refunds are not issued for courier losses.

4. Customs & Import Fees

All international buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties and taxes in their destination country.
